Donation Rules
1. Foundation's Right to Reallocate Donations:
- A person making a donation to a specific project or charitable initiative grants the Foundation consent for their reallocation and/or use in other charitable projects, programs, or initiatives of the Foundation, particularly if:
- fundraising for the target project is already closed;
- the target project has lost its relevance or the need for funding has ceased;
- the amount collected exceeds that required for the implementation of the target project.
2. Use of Remaining Donation Funds for Other Purposes:
- The Donor agrees that in the event a specific project or aid goal for which the donation was made is not implemented, or if the remaining collected funds exceed the necessary amount, the Foundation has the right to use this remainder for other statutory purposes of the Foundation at its discretion, including the Foundation's administrative costs and/or other charitable projects.
3. Non-Refundability of Donations:
- The Donor gives their unconditional consent that any amount donated to the Foundation is non-refundable and not subject to return, regardless of the subsequent implementation of the project or the use of funds (in accordance with clauses 1 and 2 of these Rules).
